There are a lot of videos on Youtube that show how to make homemade body armor. One should be VERY skeptical about trusting any of these methods. Since we heard about people in Hong Kong who saw some of these videos and were considering making armor based on HPC's or OUR video, we needed to test this and see if it worked or not.
Moral of the story, be very leery about trusting your life with homemade body armor.
