Voices For Recovery: Reno, Recovery High School Graduate ─ Google

The #RecoveryMovement celebrates the 23 million Americans living in recovery from addiction. With support from Google, eight of them, ranging from a Google employee to a former White House staffer to a high schooler, shared their stories of addiction and recovery to help break the stigma and the silence associated with addiction and recovery.

This is Reno's story. At age 12, he witnessed a friend die from gun violence, and started using Xanax to cope. Now in recovery, he's graduated high-school early, and has been offered college scholarships.

Recovery is possible, and stories like Reno's should be celebrated and shared. Learn more about how Google is supporting the recovery movement at: g.co/recovertogether
