Spider Vs Ant - Amazing Dexterity Normally Unseen ─ TAOFLEDERMAUS

This was filmed with my Chronos 1.4 HS camera at 1500 frames per second. The lens was less than an inch away from the ant, and has very shallow depth of focus-- on the ant. I always thought spiders used two legs to spin the fine web around its prey but it uses up to 5 of its legs. it happens very fast, like watching a sewing machine. The coordination of the spider is actually quite impressive. The spider does this to incapacitate the prey so it can eat it later.
