UPDATE 1: I've got the Galaxy skin from logging in on my main account and playing games on the Note 9, but NO V-Bucks yet. Samsung Shop app isn't even loading properly anymore on my Note 9.
UPDATE 2: 8/26/2018: FINALLY got an email with the approval for the 15,000 V-Bucks. I literally didn't do anything or sign up for anything after this video. Such a weird and confusing system, but YAY! Finally got it! I'll make a video explaining how to get it tomorrow.
