Is it possible to cut the connecting chain of a pair of handcuffs with a slug? Would it harm the person wearing the handcuffs? That is what we wanted to find out in this test. We used a "cheap" pair of handcuffs I bought at an army surplus store, and a "real" pair used by police.
After reviewing the footage, I noticed I was using some brass pellets loaded with an early, experimental wad-system that were ditched because they just didn't work, the slugs did not fly true. However, they were still accurate-enough to hit the tiny chain for this test.
