We made a Lego brick shooting pistol not so long ago, and found the weapon to be extremely accurate and surprisingly powerful. But it did NOT penetrate a coconut, not even with a big fat nail inserted into the plastic bricks. That leaves something to be desired!
So we made a proper Lego shooting sniper rifle - wit aluminum rails for ultimate precision. Unfortunately the incessant rain made it impossible to tune the scope in at a serious distance, so we just made some penetration tests and one longer shot as well. Very promising!
