Michael Yeh sent another 3D printed slug design to us to test out. These were made using alumide which is nylon with aluminum powder in it. You can see what happens with very lightweight slugs. Usually 5 grams is the minimum weight for a shotgun shell to properly function and we were on the ragged edge with these.
